Bespoke kitchens: An individual choice
Everybody’s different. Our style tastes may be similar to our friends’, our home layout may be similar to our neighbours’ and our family’s profile may be similar to hundreds of others. Despite this, as individuals we all have our quirks and foibles – the unique likes and dislikes that make us who we are. Our homes tend to reflect these preferences and lifestyle choices. Nowhere is this more evident than at its very heart: the kitchen.
Make it personal
At Alaris we’re big on personalisation. Our aim is to ensure that each Alaris customer receives the kitchen that is perfect for them. This is where bespoke kitchens come into their own. With a bespoke kitchen, you’re truly starting with a blank page. Thanks to our qualified kitchen design team, that’s an exciting prospect – and not in the least bit scary. By going bespoke, you can tailor everything to suit – from the obvious (such as layout, materials and appliances) to the detail (such as unit heights, sizes, handles, internal fittings, lighting and more).
Bespoke kitchen brands
At Alaris, when we talk about bespoke, we genuinely mean that your kitchen is made to order for you – and no-one else. Two of our core brands – Mereway and English Revival – specialise in bespoke kitchens.
Regardless of whether you lean towards traditional or contemporary kitchen styles, the kitchen magicians at Mereway have something to suit. Each Mereway kitchen is individually constructed to last, using a winning combination of traditional craftsmanship coupled with high-tech engineering techniques. The quality of workmanship is matched by a plethora of choice in terms of colours, styles and finishes. No two kitchens are ever the same.
Our English Revival brand embraces the bespoke approach too. As the name suggests, these period in-frame kitchens evoke traditional heritage – yet can accommodate the hi-tech touches that are required for today’s busy lifestyles. English Revival kitchens are made to order, with the highest standards of cabinetry and options to include beautiful, timeless features such as curved doors, hardwood wine racks, co-ordinating dressers and statement mantels. When it comes to colour, the choice is all your own with a gentle palette of pastels to mull over.
Better value from bespoke
There’s a tendency to assume that custom-built Bespoke kitchens come with an eye-watering price tag. At Alaris, this is not the case. We produce a detailed quotation based on your personal kitchen specification, so that there are no nasty surprises on completion. With extremely keen pricing, we believe that it’s impossible to source similar quality bespoke kitchens for less anywhere else in the UK.
Another argument in favour of bespoke kitchens is their very nature: a kitchen built to meet your own needs in terms of space, ergonomics, style and functionality is far more likely to be a ‘keeper’. By working through the decision-making process with experienced kitchen designers and fitters – as is done at Alaris – you are more likely to get an end result that gives you satisfaction for years to come. This approach also helps to avoid expensive modifications further down the line.
